I didn't even see the errors, since the buildbot only send emails to
the committers. I keep an eye on the ARM bots, but not all the time
(like alerts or anything).

Also, I build and test every patch that I commit for someone else, but
not the ones I just approve. Developers should do minimal tests and
buildbots get the rest.

Was that Phab's doing? Or just Yi being over-zealous? If it's Phab, we
should definitely turn that off!
