For input and awareness.   A handful of patches to begin
working support for the ppc64LE target.

Bits and pieces of support for the PPC64LE target.
- update datalayout string for LE.
- update parms passed to 'as'.
- update parms passed to 'ld'.
- add CALL_ELF flag to indicate ABI v2
