[PATCH] Support OpenMandriva and derived Linux distributions

Hi,
the attached patch adds support for OpenMandriva and Linux distributions
derived from it (Mandriva, ROSA).

It adds a couple of compiler triplets, distribution detection code and
proper defaults.
