r201598 - Updated documentation for Thread Safety Analysis.

Sorry about that.  :-)  The "update" consists of detailed examples for
all attributes, an example header file for use with the analysis, and
descriptions of known issues and frequently asked question.  In other
words, the analysis now has documentation; the prior docs were pretty
minimal.
