[PATCH] Add FreeBSD ARM EABI hard-float support

Hello,

Attached is a patch to add support for the hard-float variant of the
ARM EABI for FreeBSD.

While the base system doesn't yet support the hard-float ABI I expect
it will soon, and this is one of the bits I need to add this support.
