[PATCH] [AArch64] Add more regress test cases for ACLE intrinsics

Hi,

Attached patches is to add some more missing regression test cases for ACLE
intrinsics. With this patch we want to achieve 100% test coverage for all
ACLE intrinsics.

Some missing pattern match test cases are also added as llc test.
