Hi Chad,

I'm confused with this commit. It seems that these intrinsics are not
existing. This commit is a duplicate implementation and a conflict to
other intrinsic.

For example, you implemented an intrinsic "vabd_f64":
           float64_t vabd_f64(float64_t a, float64_t b)
But there is already a similar one "vabdd_f64" in arm_neon.h:
           float64_t vabdd_f64(float64_t a, float64_t b)
So I think this is unreasonable to implement such intrinsic.

Also, that intrinsic will be conflicted with following intrinsic:
           float64x1_t vabd_f64(float64x1_t a, float64x1_t b).
Which is implemented by me in http://llvm-reviews.chandlerc.com/D2298.
There should only one function named "vabd_f64" in arm_neon.h.

So to commit my patch in http://llvm-reviews.chandlerc.com/D2298 and
http://llvm-reviews.chandlerc.com/D2297, I've reverted it in:
