[PATCH] [-cxx-abi microsoft] Change the vdtor implicit "should_call_delete" argument type to int

Can you please review this small patch?

Background:
While working on vtable thunks for this ABI, it turned out that adding an implicit bool argument is a bit hard for thunks.
Since we were already going to change the type to int, I've decided to not mess up with the thunk codegen to handle a redundant corner case.
