[PATCH] Fix uninstall-local target in Makefile.rules for shared libraries

Hi. before this patch, the files which didn't have the 'lib' prefix, like
'LLVMgold.so' , couldn't be removed when "make uninstall-local" was
invoked. This is conformant to the other 'uninstall-local' targets
regarding the Archives, Tools and ToolAliases.
