[PATCH] Introducing initial UseAuto transform

  To be clear: this is another work-in-progress patch I'd like to get feedback on. In particular:
  * Is the matching algorithm as expected now?
  * What's the stance on auto-generated files? I thought it was a good idea to include the python files that generated the basic positive tests and the shell std container header.

  I will document and clean-up code before a final revision. In the meantime I'll study up ReST and start some user docs for -use-auto.
