The page should probably tell how to get external projects listed there.
Emailing cfe-dev or directly committing additions (if they have commit
access) is probably fine.

Please try to follow the guidelines in <
http://www.llvm.org/docs/SphinxQuickstartTemplate.html#guidelines> as much
as is reasonable for this kind of page.

Tiny nit: for consistency please use the same adornments as <
http://www.llvm.org/docs/SphinxQuickstartTemplate.html> (in particular, use
==========, not ----------------, for the "section" level).
