[cfe-commits] Patch with changes to the Preprocessor ctor list

Oops, I have to re-upload the patch because, I don't know why, the
'Ident__VA_ARGS__' initialization breaks the clang compilation.

By the way, I don't know a way to test the speed properly, so I need your help.
