[cfe-commits] [Windows] Add initial support for back references when mangling templates

Hi John et al.,

Attached is a patch which improves mangling of function definitions in
the presence of templates when -cxx-abi microsoft is used.
I think it's trivial enough so I'm willing to commit it assuming a
post-commit review.

FYI,
I know it mismangles some functions in a few rare cases,
I'm going to add tests for those cases in a separate patch.
