[cfe-commits] [Patch][Review] Tests for forward-declared enums

Hello,

since as far as I can tell from my experience clang fully implements forward-declared
enums and is only missing the corresponding tests, I attached a patch providing the
latter as well as an update to the status page.

Please review, comment, and commit if ok.
