Hmm, well somewhere along the way, if I did have some accidental
partial fix for PR10112, I lost it. I'm not seeing this failure to
fail occurring anymore, sorry. Can't say I have much of an idea/hints
- perhaps just some build weirdness/something out of date? I don't
really know.
