[cfe-commits] [PATCH] Bugzilla 7553 - Problem with '==' and vectors

Could someone review the patch for Bugzilla 7553 that Anton posted?  I've
enclosed a fresh copy I copied by hand against a snap from today.  I've
verified that the tests run on Windows.
