Hey,

Ok to commit?

This patch kill offs the clang/win32 directory which contains Visual
Studio project files. These files haven't been updated for 7 months now.
Even the Get Started guide makes no mention of the hand generated
project files.

Note that LLVM has done the same thing in r86358.
