[cfe-commits] [patch] parameterizing constant suffixes in stdint.h

Request for review.

This patch parameterizes the suffixes used by the constant-building
macros of stdint.h by defining built-in __INTn_C_SUFFIX__ macros for
types with corresponding suffixes.
