Actually I have a few more: PR1956, PR2064 (when building with the tidy
extension; seems easy to fix), PR2015 (__transparent_union__ needed to build
the CGI binary).
Well, I never came to a point that it compiled, so it's great you already can
run it (despite the crash) :)
